latest update is horrible.. they had fixed my original complaint about the delete cart, but now the buttons at checkout are huge and you have to scroll to choose payment type? can't figure out how to add custom charges/items anymore, and it failed to send a receipt after checkout. I had to go back through to the order and manually resend a few hours later when the customer contacted me. how about no major UI changes without a warning?! I didn't update the app and now it's even harder to us

recent update slows everything down and adds extra screens. It used to be upon checkout you could tap a credit card without having to select anything else. now you have to select 'credit card' before you can run the card. I don't know why they went backwards with this change. also the whole app is running more slowly after the last update

absolutely horrible, after the lastest shopify update they no longer have a card reader payment optiin which has majorly impacted my sales. will probably stop using this soon unless they fix this.

Thank you for letting us know. Losing card payments directly affects your business, and we take that seriously. After a POS update, your card reader may need to be re-paired. Try force closing the app, re-opening it, and reconnecting the reader from the connectivity menu. If that doesn't help, contact us at help.shopify.com/support.

What’s new

- We made manual staff attribution faster with improved search, and turned it on by default for new POS setups.
- We added POS Analytics reports that show staff performance.
- We added register activity in Shopify Admin, so you can review high-risk actions like voids, refunds, and manual discounts and see which staff member performed each action.
