The worst for tracking packages. It's almost ALWAYS in "waiting for details" for the tracking status... I've had 3 or 4 items over the last year that use this app to track packages and I have literally NEVER seen an accurate status on any package (items from various online stores). Literally the only real reason to download this stupid ad filled app is to track a package!! 😅 Now going to think twice about buying something online if they don't have other shipping options available.

Thank you for this detailed feedback! "Waiting for details" usually means the carrier hasn't sent tracking info yet, or the carrier isn't fully supported. Try pulling down to refresh, or check your phone's notification settings for Shop. For further help, visit help.shop.app.

i love how this app empowers Mom&Pop establishments. It truly connects specialty shops with niche markets. As a consumer, it's a bit annoying. I wish it had separate notifications for things that I want to buy as soon as it's available, and things I'm keeping in mind for the future. Even with things i seriously want, I often buy plants. They die in freezing temperatures or the burning heat of mid & late summer. No amount of alerts will make me throw money at something that's gonna die.

It works great and I absolutely love having all my orders in one place! No matter which online retailer, it almost always shows up. The only orders I noticed do not register for some reason are PangoBooks which is connected to the same email so not sure about that but doesnt bother me. Everything else registers and its immediate after purchase. It shows my receipts there too and easily takes me to the official post carriers tracking pages with one button and sends me regular updates! Love it
