The process to set up my account was pretty easy and connecting my bank. I love receiving the notifications so I can track payments received and the low processing fee. However, I would like for them to allow more fields to obtain additional information from customers like a note section, phone number, and a field for additional information. I had a couple of tickets purchased on behalf of others but nowhere to put their name.

in the last 2 weeks, an interface change has removed our option to instant payout, and in the last year we have lost the ability to tap to pay. these were both things we had no trouble doing before, I literally did an instant payout as recently as last week, but now there isn't even an icon in the app or on the mobile interface website for this.

We are sorry for the trouble with instant payouts and Tap to Pay no longer appearing in your account. Please contact our team at https://support.stripe.com/contact/login so we can review your account and device setup, and make sure your current app version and eligibility settings for Tap to Pay and Instant Payouts are correct.

The latest update unfortunately has ruined the app. Future payouts used to be clear and easy to understand. You could see what was paid out last week and what was going to be paid out for the current week. Now I have future payouts, incoming earnings and an instant payout figure that make no sense at all. Please change this back to the previous layout.
