This is actually very cumbersome to use. You can only upload one file at a time, you can't change items' collections, designing is a pain - you can't pick all colours and sizes while you're designing. You have to save the product and go back to editing to be given the option to make the design available in all colours and sizes. Working through the website is far more intuitive and productive.

It's one of the best Print-On- Demand platforms. But the designing process has slightly changed. In the beginning, it was simple and straightforward even the mock-ups and pricing. These days, it seems different and abit difficult. On the other hand, I have already made products in the "My Products Section," why can't I just transfer them to another store or transfer products from store to store? But it's friendly and so helpful. I have known product design through Printiful. It's my best.

It's been... A struggle. First, I use the desktop site for the most part. The app is very limited on what you can do. But they don't align with eachother at all. I was cut off from ordering samples on the website and app, and despite using every trick in the book, from using incognito, clearing cache, logging in and out, etc. Now I can order on the app but not the website. I get errors, pictures aren't showing. It's driving me nuts.
