I have been using the ADCB app for the past 7 years, and until the recent update, I never had any major issues. However, after the AI-enabled update, the app has become extremely unreliable. For the last week, the app has barely been functional. Sometimes it doesn't open at all, and even when it does, I am unable to transfer money. While occasional technical issues for a day are understandable, it has now been more than 5 days with no effective resolution.

the app use to be user friendly. Now it takes forever to make payments without facing so many errors. either it saids no account detected to pay from or transaction failed despite having funds available.. and after countless times of trying it will eventually go through. the forcing of either biometric or facial recognition is so not necessary, you can give the option of using your password too.

the new update is bad. in every way. navigation is a challenge. loading time is very slow. also the main challenge what I faced is with the benificiery tab, it has an error. I am using android and for some reason it is only showing me select benificiery and nothing after that. and connecting to the customer care is one more challenge. the chat bots are not at all helpful in scenario like this.
