Great app but unable to make payment of individual transactions on overdue amounts. Please enable the system to receive payments. I am trying to pay, but customer care keeps telling me they will send it to legal. But the system that usually allows payment of individual transaction amounts is now locked on my app. It is all or nothing. Isn't the point of credit to also receive payment. I am getting charged the overdue fee. Why can't I make payments on the individual overdue transactions then?

I really like Tabby and I'm genuinely interested in using your service. However, it's very frustrating that getting access to the In-Store Card or Pay in 4 is so difficult. Even after making purchases, many users still don't get these features, and the process isn't clear. We want to use Tabby more, but we're not getting the opportunity. I hope you'll make the eligibility process more transparent and give loyal users a fair chance to access these features. Thank you.

Kindly note that eligibility for the Tabby Card is assessed automatically based on multiple factors, and access cannot be enabled manually. As you continue using Tabby and maintaining timely payments, your eligibility may change over time. Thank you for your honest feedback.

Very poor customer service experience. Every time I report an issue, a new agent joins without fully reading the conversation and gives unrelated responses, forcing me to explain everything again. The same thing happens when another agent takes over. I'm also facing an issue where my Tabby Card is not showing in my account, even though all payments have been made on time. The company has improved in many areas, but customer support still needs major improvement.

What’s new
