While the app generally works fine, there is an enduring bug that does not allow International Bank Transfers to banks in South Africa - due to an error that always arises while trying to add a beneficiary. I have reported this error multiple times without any resolution - tried to explain to agents in the Chat Support (who insist that there is no issue) that they will not see the error unless they follow the same user steps - but they do not seem to understand this. Such a disappointment.

At first I saw this up I been hopeful that I could send money internationally, but unfortunately they met my disappointments when I sent a transaction international banking, currently my money is under review for more than the time frame they gave" 48 hours" and it on my 3rd days of waiting for my money to be delivered. And the worst is there compliants request is barely useless the moment you add a ticket it's automatically errored. Hoping money will return as soon as I need it!

Very easy to get locked from your account, very unreliable. Just one time getting your PIN wrong, your account will be locked. Edit: THE WORST APP EVER, YOU CAN'T SEND MONEY WITHOUT HAVING TO RECEIVE A CALL, I'M IN A PLACE THAT DOESN'T HAVE NETWORK COVERAGE, WHICH STOPS ME FROM SENDING MONEY. WORST APP EVEERRR
