I'm now forced to download the AI version to access my personal digital banking, which I do not want, and I am not happy that there is no voice in the matter. I am considering a shutdown of the account just for this. AI should be a choice.

The app is slow, unresponsive, and doesn't provide real customer service; I find it difficult to use.

the upgrade today is a complete hassle. we need to register again and wait for the approval from the bank which is so frustrating.we have an urgent transaction and it was really a big hassle
