I am extremely disappointed with the service experience. I have been unable to log in, and every attempt results in an "Internet connection is poor" message. I have tried both mobile data and Wi-Fi, but the issue persists. I also contacted customer support, but the assistance provided was limited to basic troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, and using another device. Unfortunately, none of these was useful

Hello Team, I am a Liv. user with Emirates NBD. Due to personal reasons, I have not used my account for the past four years. Could you please check my account and let me know if there are any penalties, charges, fees, or outstanding balances associated with it? I would like to use this account again. Please let me know if it can be reactivated and if there are any steps I need to complete to start using it again. If reactivation is not possible, please guide me on how to close the account proper

Does the literal bare minimum, very infuriating. If I login, then after 1 minute go back because i forgot to check something, it keeps on getting the error of invalid credentials wjen it worked less than 1 minute ago. Then i must do the incredibly long and infuriating process of going to Liv X and resetting everything. Then there is the hassle of nothing ever appearing where it should be, like it says click the buttons below qhen there are no buttons, only the home page works!!!
