This app is not working anymore, it asks to remove other apps which are valid and already verified by Google play store. Because of that I can't even use netbanking services. Called multiple times to customer care even though they can't help anything. This is so disappointing. Not sure who I should reach out for help.

I cannot open the app anymore. It says I will have to remove any virtual space apps. Can't you guys not think about practicality before blocking/ enabling any features? I need to have two versions of the app. Is your mobile product team head that dumb to keep your features and testing restricted to just core apps on your phone? I am stuck with no access to my account.

it has become a useless app on my phone. it doesnt open..I can understand if the app is on maintainence for a day or 2 but its been 3-4 days still I am not able to open the app. I have tried different ways but still couldn't do it. The customer service is also pathetic. the other banking are much more convinent to use
