Since February this year after a system update, this app doesn't allow me access due to a Malware notification. I have encountered this before with UOB's banking app where the same issue occurred as accessibility access was given to my security software. The UOB staff promptly resolved the matter. However, when contacted DBS, they refused to entertain to my problem. Notably this app installed on other devices with the same settings didn't have this problem. I am now using Digibank on old devices

One of the worst apps I have ever used, along with the POSB app. Often stuck on blank loading page, leaving users hanging and unable to make transactions. I also often have to set up my digital token, again and again, even though I already set it up last time. I was told my staff to uninstall the app and install again to make sure it's the latest version. I did so, but still face the same problem each time. Very disappointing and very frustrating.

Regularly broken. Since the major update in early 2026 every week or two the app gets into broken state, transaction history loading goes blank - won't open. Requires manually clearing cache to fix. This is a totally unacceptable fatal bug, hasn't been fixed for months now? What on earth are you doing, you're a bank? Helpdesk are clueless, will tell you to do time consuming reinstalls and reactivations. Try clearing cache first to save yourself a lot of time, as you'll need to do it regularly.
