so many bugs. while opening mutual fund always hang and back to home. the amount of deposit is not equal with drawdown value ( wrong number) no any effort to maintenance the apps. while opening some item always show "something went wrong". sorry we couldn't load the information.... in mutual fund, can't differentiate which is top up and which is new subscription. always treat as new subscription and the s already happening since long time ago without any effort to repair the bugs

This app is far behind other local banking apps. The interface is outdated and the data provided is misleading. I can’t see my combined credit limit or even my payment history properly. It’s frustrating that I still have to contact Customer Service for things that should be visible at a glance. Highly disappointing for a global brand.

It's been over a year. Why isn't there a fix for using a keyboard other than the stock one? This is very annoying, every time I use the HSBC app I have to change the keyboard If you don't switch to stock keyboard, you won't be able to log in to HSBC. Please fix that from your programming staff it cant fix with your customer support
