- Check account balances
• View your Saving, Chequing, Loan, Deposit or Investment account (accounts must already be enabled on the web)
• View the last 50 Transactions

- Transfer funds
• Between own accounts
• To third-party NCB accounts

- Pay bills including credit cards

- Add beneficiaries and payee

- Manage Credit Cards
• View available and current balances
• View minimum balance and payment due date (to avoid those late charges)
• View Statement date and balances
• Credit Card Limit
- View conversion between Jamaican and Foreign exchange currencies
- Send feedback and report issues in real time

Why can't you guys fix or update the app being trying to login in for months now and it's still saying "we have encountered an error and we are working to fix it" and all now it can't fix.... I even went inside the bank and neither the tellers could login to the app because it's down. You don't value or care for your customers that's the thing your a big joke and waste of time.

The service and fees are not as shown. They charge approximately 200 jmd for Urgent Transfers but don't follow through and then refuse to refund you saying... that "the cost is not for the actual transfer but to request the transfer". At least I got back the amount I sent several days later with insufficient funds as the excuse 😕😔.

Trying to sign onto this app has become rather irksome. I have been trying for a month now and it keeps saying "we've encountered an error. Sorry for the inconvenience while we fix this," something along that line. Additional, it stated that app maintenance will be taking place between certain hours. One would thought that this "maintenance" wouldn't resolved the problem but clearly it has not. Kindly take a look into this because it's getting ridiculous now. Thank you, God bless!!!!!!!
