Waiting 10 seconds just to see the stream of EACH camera is beyond frustrating, ESPECIALLY in an emergency situation where you need to see what's going on at home (the entire purpose of this app) The biggest problem I've had yet, is being disconnected from the cameras after watching the stream, and then closing the app. I then have no access to the cameras AT ALL after going back in, "Connection failed" every time, and no way to fix it other than to leave it for a minute. Horrible app.. 3/10

Horrible experience when operating my 360 cameras. This used to be a great app but the latest updates made it impossible to operate my vigi 360 cameras. moving them remotely used to work great, smooth and everything, now it is a nightmare. Everything lags. I have the same broadband so internet connection is not an issue. The app also is not suited for foldable devices. The developers must really improve it, otherwise I will be replacing my set with something more professional.

The live camera view works, but the app is frustrating to use. I spent a lot of time trying to find the Playback button and could not find it. Playback is an important feature for a CCTV app and it should be easy to access. Please add a clear and visible Playback button and improve the user interface. Until then, the app is difficult to use.
