must pay or it wont work. After spending my money to purchase a camera from this company and spending even more money to buy an s d card for it.. i'm now discovering that the app will not work unless you pay. it will just provide you with an endless loading screen and constantly disconnect the camera, which was never been a problem when I was paying for the app. every single time i've canceled my subscription, the app magically stops working. i will be throwing the camera in the garbage.

Works much better once you pay for the service. My cat was missing so I set up the cam to record my front porch and notify me once it saw movement. With the free app it didn't work, but once I paid the $5 for the AI notification it pinged right when he appeared and I was able to get him. Best $5 I've spent.

Update: After notifying the company of a firmware issue, they were able to patch the issue within several days. I am very satisfied with their customer service, and will definitely make future purchases! App was wonderful when I was first getting started - from start-up to fully running the feeder automatically. After the latest firmware update, the app has killed all ability to use the planned feeding options. The update induced more bugs trying to resolve unneccessary problems.
