Easy to use and to set up devices and it has some basic automation features. However the app comes with issues. I've had it not sent camera alerts through, despite them coming over my smart speakers. Worst is the notifications. They've bundled all of them together, so the same sound is used for motion alert, firmware ready to install, battery drain. Wich is bad as you want a distinctive sound for motion alert. I don't get the impression they will fix this

If I try to set a second schedule, so that my lamp will come on for two periods in the day, but the "operation failed", I've tried to set the timer to turn it off, but :operation failed. I turned it on with the app power button, but now the only way of turning the lamp off is to pull the plug out. Unfortunately, I bought two plugs...

The app very often fails to do the one job it is required to do: show what the camera is seeing. I have it to check in on the baby, if I would rely solely on the app then I'd be in trouble. When my separate baby monitor alerts me of crying, I go to check and over half the time the app loads and loads and then asks me to refresh and repeats. If I try to keep the app on it asks me every 5min if I'm still watching with no apparent way to turn this off, requiring me to constantly interact with it.
