its impossible to call them for support. they have the worst input that is designed to purposely never give you access to customer support. be prepared to be put on hold and constantly attacked by their recorded voice that will demand 10 different codes, numbers, ids, pins, dates, and more. You will also have to repeat writing those things in different ways. this is beyond frustrating.

no good without good trained staff . apps works but if you have an issue with the bank probably they will give you the run around or they will tell you it's been taking care of, just to get high number on personal or bank call review. but nothing was really was done.

the app is really horrible and full of bugs, I have been trying to submit a complaint related to one of the broken atms in thalia branch but unable to submit the complaint due to app bugs. app still needs more improvements
