Although the app is useful, I can't change my Iqama's personal phone, the app keeps crashing whenever I proceed with payment for the service, along with my phone it acts as if it restarted, I'm using it on a Huawei y8s. Note payment in other app go well.

I have been trying to update my mobile number in kiosk machine for more then 1 hour and it's showing error and in website it shows I can update my number through app but I don't find any options. I'm staying in Amaala and the nearest kiosk machine is one hour away in Al wajh. please improve this. I'm not being able to open my bank account until my Iqama registered number is updated in absher

The assistant and google says that the mobile number update option is available in app, but I couldn't find anywhere in the app. The another thing is that the Absher platforms are very slow and mostly not working just waste time. Kindly improve these things. Thank you
