Unusable. The clothing dimensions are measured flat... How does that make sense? Why not use measurements similar to every other clothing store? I would have accepted losing personal time, ordering and then returning clothes that didn't fit me but I can't even buy them anyway since I go to checkout and there is a bug stopping me from advancing past the address entry because the screen just shakes as if it's opening and closing something in the background, multiple times per second. Unusable.

The app's UI is just as impractical as the website's. Too fancy, too cumbersome, too "outside the box." It's not uncommon to accidentally swipe right or left to an unrelated item while looking at another item's page. Takes too much scrolling, clicking and un-collapsing to find basic information about a garment. Even a simple zooming motion on a picture often fails and causes something else to happen. To leave a page, you have to hit return two or three times, because it will scroll up instead.

This app was really great and I used the "try on" feature quite a bit because I found it to be accurate in how certain silhouettes and fabrics looked on me. you could choose what to "try on" however, it was recently updated and you cant do this anymore. you can attempt to do it but then it gives you a random garment you didnt choose and not all the items available show up so that feature is basically useless now. other than that, I dont find this app to be slow whatsoever.
