SC Mobile Banking (UAE)

Hi, I am unable to open the application—it is redirecting me to an error message that says 'Error! Code: #1007'. I tried contacting the support center, but the automated bot wasn't helpful. Who can assist?

useless app. it used to work but not anymore. even after update still nothing. it's the only app that I am having issues with. Update: even the link that you shared in the reply it's not working. I hit submit and I get an error

Utterly Hopeless. My app stopped working following the bank's roll out of it's new security policy. I've called the bank several times and the best they could suggest was that I try installing on a new phone. I have half a dozen banking apps, yet this is the only one that doesn't work. It was fine until 3 days ago. The bank need to deal with this immediately. I can't even login through a browser as it requires the offline pin from the app.
