The App doesn't work most of the time, selecting the parking and car is very clunky and most of the times the payment doesn't go through and I have to use the Pay by SMS option which defeats the purpose of using the app altogether as I still have to bear the extra SMS charges. whilst I can use WhatsApp for this, that is besides the point that the Parkin app should work for parking

the app connects well with android auto. but there is no option to select a favourite vehicle or most used vehicle. I have ended up paying for wrong vehicle several times. it will be useful if this issue is resolved.

I am facing a daily issue with parking fines in front of my villa. I regularly pay for parking throughout the day, especially on weekends, yet the speed at which fines are issued compared to the time it takes to top up parking is unreasonable. There have been several occasions where I parked my car, and before I even had a chance to complete the payment process, a parking enforcement vehicle passed by and issued a fine.
