It's taken ages to get it working, it just wouldn't connect. I've contacted them numerous times but no one ever got back to me. I've finally got it working, but it's showing a white screen! Really fed up with it! Finally found out that I needed to remove the flicker rate that was automatically set, then the white screen disappeared and I got a picture..... The problem now is that it doesn't give me a video of events, only a snapshot! No notifications either! Useless!! Don't waste your money!

It's good but the playback doesn't work. it's always loading and I can't watch any replays from previous days. it also records every, single, movement and it's kind of annoying tbh. I hope they fix the playback and recording system of the device. I also hope that it doesn't log out a lot. It logs my phone out every 2 days and it's frustrating. I hope they fix this.

Used this app for a couple years and it's absolutely terrible. Sometimes they update the app and put ads in which is annoying as I pay for this app and can't access it quickly due to ads. Most of the time the app doesn't work properly, there's always something wrong with it. The latest problem is the app closing itself randomly. Will be switching brands as soon as I'm able to and won't be returning.
