After a (probable) update a few days ago I can't for the life of me find how to turn 'privacy mode' on in the app - so i have to physically turn my lightbulb camera off (which i can only do if i'm there, not remotely) or have it on at all times - which I don't want. And even before that I couldn't find how to set whether I want the light to automatically turn on when a person is detected (since this is a lightbulb camera) - or not. Overall not user friendly at all in my experience.

app won't even work after last update. update: now i can't find outdoor security cameras online from this company. at least nothing in the u.s. so I guess that's that. end of update.... the connection keeps getting worse and worse every year. it tells me my connection is slow. I have fiber high speed internet. all my other streaming devices work fine.

Ok for regular live view. But download your videos from SD CARD, even with same network having daily limit on free plan. also it easily getting error while download, no resume, you will have to download again if it failed. and then the daily limit cap will be reached very fast. And they required you to subscribe to a plan for the limit to be lifted. But still easily getting failed to download, super slow. the app UI is rather complicated, and hard to navigate. very poor quality software an
