⭐☆☆☆☆ I am very disappointed with the Mashreq Bank app and customer service. I have tried many times to contact customer care regarding my credit card, but I can't reach a representative. The call system keeps giving different unnecessary options instead of connecting me to an agent. Calling is very expensive in the UAE, so wasting customers' time like this is frustrating. Please improve your customer support and make it easier to speak to a real person.

It's a bit buggy, I had to repeat same things before it could save the details needed. Interface is a bit slow, maybe you can also do something regarding this. I also tried updating my address, but this could be because my account is new, but I wanted to add more details to it. It only shows "Cancel" button and can't press the "save changes". I'll def change the review once these are fixed.

It’s really disappointing service. Amounts are getting deducted automatically without any proper reason. When trying to contact customer care, there’s no proper support — only an AI voice keeps talking and wasting time by repeatedly asking for debit card and credit card details, which feels unsafe and suspicious. I honestly don’t understand why they are handling customers like this.
