• Your employer, or the company your equity compensation plan is with, must have authorized use of the mobile app as part of their agreement with Computershare or Equatex.

App is close to impossible to use. During the last update, I lost access to my account and now the app is saying "no user associated to this account" even though I can receive password resets and temp passwords to log in. The worst part is, all of the assistance lines are outside of my country making it impossible to call for support. Completely unacceptable.

bad platform, extremely slow responses, bad processes (flags for reporting if you add any account not from country you're based on, asset freeze for hours and even days after limit order cancellation) High fees, errors with funds withdrawal. Can't think of a single thing going well with this platform

Pretty good, when it works. Loading plans on the overview tab, prices etc is sometimes slow or sometimes just doesn't happen at all. Please add dark mode.
