I was unable to login to the app as it kept telling me the account or password was incorrect. It turns out that the system wasn't storing the full length of my password in the database BUT does accept the full length in the login form, so was trying to match two different length passwords. The developers are going to tweak this. Have increased from 1 star to 3 stars and will amend as I use the app more.

Sorry for the inconvenience.The app indicates that the password is incorrect, and we can confirm that the password you entered does not match. You can try resetting it to a simpler password and then log in. You can change your password again later.Also, do not use the strong password fill feature; it is recommended to enter your own custom password

Logged me out and now can't add old device. NO NOTIFICATIONS Absolutely a trash app. Do not buy this if you want an app to notify you if your meat is done or flame goes out. No passive alerts when smoker goes out and meat gets cold! I have videos of sensor limit beeping but phone has nothing, even when you open app. So what is the point of an app then if the two main things I would do are Broken. Been like this for years and 7/25 now. They don't bother to fix it. 12/25 another failure

I have the InkBird ITH-13-B and I have 3 suggestions for the InkBird app. 1. The time and date in black text on the dark background has poor readability that needs improvement. 2. The temperature and Humidity graphs preferably to be displayed on a single screen display, i.e., similar to the Govee app. Please look into it. 3. When zooming in and out of the graph, all the temperature, humidity, dew point and VPD graphs need to simultaneously work together and not do it on the individual graphs.
