It’s been an absolute nightmare. I haven’t been able to make a single transaction for three days because the Smart Pass PIN keeps failing. I’ve called the call center multiple times every day with no solution. Day 1: they admitted the issue and told me to try again later—still nothing. Day 2: they asked me to reset the PIN, still didn’t work. Day 3: same problem, no progress. Hard to believe this issue is still ongoing after three full days. and I really hope the issue gets fix soon.

I am unable to log in to the app after the recent update due to the error stating “VoiceOver enabled.” I have already tried multiple methods to fix the issue, but none of them worked. Please check and resolve this issue immediately, as I urgently need access to the app. Additionally, WhatsApp customer service is currently unavailable, so there is no option to contact support from outside the UAE. Kindly assist at the earliest.

Hi Kadarsha, we recommend checking the accessibility settings on your device and making sure all tabs are disabled, delete and re-add your fingerprint on your device and retry. They turned on login only with fingerprints, and I cannot turn this off. The problem is that it doesn't work well on all mobiles. For example, on my phone, due to some issue, the fingerprint sensor doesn't work and I simply cannot enter the application anymore. I keep recovering my account after unsuccessful attempts, but then fingerprint is the only way to enter the app, so it's an eternal loop.
