One of the most pathetic banking app. It will not let you access your account statement beyond 90 days! It will not let you create a request for a statement for a period beyond 5 yrs.! It will not let you create another statement request for any period if they have not closed the previous request! It will not let you see the password that you are entering. It's a long long list of nonsense in this app.

I'm unable to login, after login it is asking for some key generation, after finishing key generation, app is automatically closing. again asking for key generation. worst app . they are not allowing for paying credit card payments in 3rd party apps. how can I pay now

Unable to login to the App for last 2 months. Keeps saying password incorrect. I have copy pasted the password and still no use. Raised a complaint, no one has reached out. Will mostly switch back to HDFC by next month. Poor service! Edit: Issue was resolved!
