Extremely unintuitive. Bad for card management. Should learn a thing or two from Mox. Edit: Extremely painful to pay without the card, everytime a transaction needs to be authenticated you need to log in and when you log in the approval request is gone. Horrific. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Cannot add my card to Google Wallet. Tried doing it through this app as they instructed. Have been getting "Unable to process your request" for WEEKS now. Live chat to their customer service more than five times. Even tried calling up. All they can say is please wait. Thanks. How long is a multi billion dollar bank going to leave a basic functionality broken?

Foreign Exchange Alert has been in a terrible mess these days (problem persist as of 1Jul2026), the alert list keep reloading indefinitely, showing some and disappearing some alerts, it's impossible to add alert / modify / delete alert properly. e-Ticketing. . . the "Current Ticket" showing on phone is actually the "Next Ticket" in branch screen. Have your developers ever visited the branch to see such misalignment? The latest app version 7.15.0
