Playback doesn't work. Since this review I have found out. Dahua has changed server ,my DVR doesn't auto update the software ( although it's only 2 years old ) so my DVR won't talk to the app ,this is the issue with a lot of users ,the fix is several manual updates ,it won't do it in one update or buy a new box !!

App constantly drops (connection failed) even though everything is working. Landscape mode only. Motion notifications don't work and I have to play through the video and watch if I'm looking for something specific (up to 8x speed but seriously it wastes time). I just can't with this anymore. 😩

User interface Doesn't work properly, while trying to login / signup, after puting email and password login option doesn’t come. So I suppose after filling up the email/password gaps, I supposed to press login or submit button. The UI doesn’t allow to scroll up and down. Resulting unable to log in
