I can't even use the app fully. I log in to the app, select add a machine, connect to machine network then I just get a blank page. I have cleared cache, installed again, tried all usual things, it just times out and says try again. To be fair, it's a washing machine, you turn a dial, press go and let it wash. The app seems pretty bad but I didn't buy the washing machine for the app, luckily.

Looks like they disabled the app. The app cannot be used without logging in and now when clicking "login" the app keeps showing an error that the url was not found! I configured all washing cycles for different clothes and now I cannot use it anymore! That's a shame! I paid for the NFC communication and that was one of the reasons why I bought the machine but now it doesn't work any more!

Personally this is probably the worst app I have on my phone! Has never worked, has never connected. Last time I had an engineer out he told me that its obsolete now. What was ever the point of this app and having them connected via WiFi in the 1st place if it was never going to work? Have owned my hoover products for 4 years this year, but the app never worked when I got them. Very disappointing. 1 star is overrating it.
