charge doesn't last long. camera doesn't pick up movement until the movement is gone. there's no point to paying for this. I kept hoping it would be different but it's the same every month. I don't get notifications, the camera doesn't start recording until the movement is already gone. it's absolutely POINTLESS. I don't understand when ring doesn't have this problem. why are other apps so horrible but still want money for worthless products??? a refund would be nice but I know it won't happen

This thing has been screwing up lately. Notifications have been coming in very late. Almost 12 hours late. Also, when check the app, I can see the list of recordings for the day but when I click on one, the video flashes for a split second, then I just see a message saying, "No more recordings on this day." But when I navigate back, I still see a 'list' of recordings for the day. It just won't let me watch any of them. I might need to switch to a different company.

A very big thing to consider before spending money on this company is that you can only be logged in on one device at a time. It's ok for me, using multiple devices. I just sign in wherever I am. But it excludes other members of the family. Also, grabbing videos to watch takes long. Longer than the video. It's quicker to download it and go to the album and view it buffer free.
