setting up was a nightmare. i had problems getting the app up. i received the virtual and physical cards, but the top up function just did not work. i wrote numerous times to customer service but only received autoreply they are experiencing high volume of emails. it has been more than a week and i have since returned from my trip and still have not received any response.

For some strange reason my card and husband's card got faulty at the same time! I kept both cards in my wallet. I wanted to request a replacement, but realized there was a charge for it. For 1st replacement (be it faulty or wear/tear) at least you can keep it complimentary for 1st replacement. This is not helpful at all as a service provider.

Horrifying app stability. does not open after idling in phone, had to constantly force stop the app and reload on my Samsung S25 Ultra 5G running OneUI 8.5. in fact, this problem is already observed more than 6 months back in OneUI 8.0, hence it is nothing to do with the OS but something to do with the app.
