It would be nice if you all updated it to where when a job comes in it actually pops up the pickup first and not the drop-off. Its crazy to be driving on the interstate and trying to accept a call and the first thing that pops up is the drop-off address. Sometimes I get in the groove of just going and going and forget that it does that. I end up going to the drop-off address first instead of the pickup. Just consider we be driving and like to be on the phone as less as possible.

We need to upload photos with the location of where the photos are. So I have to use another app to take photos then upload them through the app. This should be a built in feature so I'm not using separate apps. Also changing the status of tickets doesn't work.

although this app is better than the other Salesforce app, it is still atrociously bad at predicting travel time. Today I had a task that says it will take 45 minutes to travel there. I have put the route into Google Maps and it will actually take 85 minutes. Nearly double, how can this app be that bad at predicting travel time?
