Utter garbage. The app is basically unusable. When I try to open a link to a case, it takes me to chatter feed. When I get it to eventually navigate to the correct screen (or I assume it is trying to load the correct screen, there's no way to tell) it just sits there loading indefinitely. Refreshing, reopening the link, and trying again doesn't help. This is exactly why I uninstalled the app years ago. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like much has changed.

This app is terrible! It's completely useless for people in support looking up cases. As a sales engineer, it's impossible to look up products a customer owns. I can't even see an account and list simple things like contacts, support cases, opportunities. You have to know a case number to see a case. You have to know the opportunity name to see an opportunity. And reporting is a complete disaster. Graphs and tables are not setup properly for mobile devices.

There is zero point to having this app on my phone. I can get all the way up to the request, but once I click the request to pull it up, it just sits there for 5 minutes or tells me it can't load. The regular Salesforce site is sluggish enough, so I don't know what I expected
