Initial Log-In Sucks. Just installed it on my phone, again. Still cannot get passed the log-in page. My email never works. company name just bounces back to log-in. It doesn't deny that one,it acts like it's taking me to then next step. Then it bounces me right back to where I was. There has to be a fix on this. It's not the first time I've had this issue. once I'm signed in, the app is decent.

Painful to set up on my original phone, it took hours of trying. Upgraded phone, I had to use the old one to enable access for the new one. What happens if you lose or break your old phone and that's impossible? Monthly password change, now the app isn't working again, but I no longer have my old phone to sort it and the verification process just doesn't work. They send no codes or the wrong length & MS authenticator doesn't work either. I've spent hours, uninstalling/installing with no luck.

At first, the app was working perfectly for the first two months at my job: easy access, my schedule, everything. Now, at my almost 5 months of working (including my Christmas casual contract) it hasn't been working for a whole two months. I can't see my shifts, which made me miss two of them. I've tried everything, even talked to work and they didn't know what was wrong. I even tried using it on my laptop, nothing.
