Here it is almost june of 2026. It's been quite some time since I first got this camera and app system setup.I did run into some problems and I contacted customer service. To my surprise they have always been there for me I not only stand behind this product, I stand beside them because the customer service has always been there for me. As the world around us changes to automation, this company has not. The human factor is always is there. customer service and the product are number one.

Doesn't capture most of the alarm events. Most of the time it doesn't even work. update cameras won't even connect to phone anymore, or it might take 10 mins but after waiting for 5 mins I'm over it. do not buy this product it doesn't work and a wait of time and money.

ever since the most recent update it takes several minutes to see a live view of the camera and I have to keep closing it out and reopening it because it won't load. I just want to check on my dog really quick I don't want to sit around hoping it opens and keep closing and reopening
