I've been trying to sign in , let alone use it , I have already provided all my documents and then these people tell me that it's under review , which usually takes less than one minute , but guess what , it has never finished check-in my documents , how can I trust you with my money if you haven't even processed my documents? , I would recommend that people keep off untill you guys fix the bugs in. your systems. period!!.

This app has gone from bad to unbearable. I've used Sendwave for a while, and every update makes things worse. Customer service is basically a ghost you'll wait days for a copy-paste reply from someone who clearly didn't read your message. Even their own team doesn't understand their security process. They'll walk you in circles with 'solutions' that lead nowhere. And I'm not alone scroll through the reviews and you'll see the same story: frozen transfers, random account closures.

I have had sendwave for about a decade now, a silent supportive partner just doing the one thing it's good at very well. Delivering money where I need it to. Lately it has become intrusive, and also wants more access and permissions. The straw that might break the camels back is if they insist on the cookies and implement advertisement on the app. I will continue to dismiss the location request as well until it also becomes a deal breaker.
