This app is absolutely terrible for the riders. I am deleting this app after just 2 rides. The fares are way too low. It doesn't even cover the fuel costs. The location is also not accurate. Kindly improve your services. Think about both the riders and passengers, not just about capturing the market with cheap fares!!!

This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come, you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes - if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don't accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage

I am working as a driver on the yango app, but the fares are very low these days. Passengers are offering very cheap rates that are not enough to cover fuel and daily expenses. It is becoming difficult to earn properly. ANSWER TO DEVELOPER'S RESPONSE.
