Very disappointing. First the App wouldn't let me identify and kept rejecting my ID/ Pass that I've used in numerous other apps without encountering any Problems. Another Frustration is the multiple calls and chats to and with customer services. Each time they claimed to identify the problem and confirmed that activation would be carried out by the technical services in a few hours/ couple of days. More than 1 month passed (with it the activation period), and its still not active.

Registration is not successful no matter how many times I tried with clear documents. The app simply doesn't work. Contact support isn't also helpful, with no option to talk to anyone. Waste of money, time, and energy. 0/5

The app said my data didn’t match after I uploaded my ID and passport photos. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that the data I entered when registering was correct. They then asked me to visit a Lebara partner shop to activate the SIM. I went to two different partner shops, but both said they don’t activate SIMs. This was a complete waste of time.
