After months of not being able to link to my phone because there is no visible button on the screen to press, I've just found the button!!! It's at the bottom of the screen and invisible. So now it works 👍🙄🙂 The device and the app are great and now enable me to monitor ambient and internal meat temperatures from inside my home, especially when smoking meat long and slow - instead of having to sit outside in cold weather. I'm happy now 😁

loses connection but doean't store history. give us the option to resume a cook so that we can see if the heat is stable or how fast the meat temperature is rising. your product is quite useless if there is no remote connectivity and i could have easily purchased a simple meat thermometer instead if i kept needing to be within range

BBQGo has stopped connecting to my smartphone. Is there a way to fix this? I've restarted the app, but it doesn't help. It turns out there's a button at the bottom of the device's screen. It's invisible, but if you poke it with your finger, a miracle happens and a connection with the smartphone is established. Why was this button kept secret?
