today 27 April 26 after doing latest update also this app have no improvement, 3rd grade app, some time no notification, some time log out auto, at least their team check how smooth ocbc one collect working and features of ocbc one collect also more easy to check payment done or not as after payment Green right sign come and QR Code disappear, but DBS Max after waiting too long still no improvement

we cant use the app after the latest update. kept getting device integrity failure. such a mess. been doing that install/uninstall, clear cache and whatever stuff we can think of, but it still doesn't work. we even sent an email to you guys which you continuously ignoring. you pushed an update to break a fully working version. you guys need to sit and talk to your devs, its not just a simple cache issue.

DBS is a international bank but the DBS max application not fit to its standard. please do market survey and check the feedback. my suggestion please change application developer and hire from ocbc one collect developer who make that application more easier for merchant. 1. dbs max we need to login so many time in a day while we using seller mode. 2. some times no notification of payment done by customer. 3. mostly auto log out and when we try to login it hangs 4.we tried in 3 different device
