Absolutely worst and most frustrating experience ever. There is a rogue courier in our area that once a month scans a random inconvenient package as "wrong address", and from that point on there is absolutely no way to reach any human being on PostNord. The stupid chat bot function is useless, and crashes more often than works. I noticed that it almost always is guaranteed to crash and throw "something went wrong" error, or endless spinning wheel, when the package gets scanned as "wrong address"

Got a notification to set my delivery choice. Did that, and then the next day the app wanted me to set it again. Did that but another date, only for the courier to show up the first date set, which meant l missed it. Talked to the AI on the phone (the chat bot in the app doesn't work, with a something went wrong message) and it hallucinated some random settings that doesn't exist in the app to plan another delivery. It forwarded me to customer service where i sat for 30 minutes until I gave up.

Horrible unneeded application. First off, just copy what other companies are doing, code system is way less error prone. And if you want to stick with bluetooth nonsense, at least let me retry in case there is an error. I am now left without a package, and the app is telling me its been delivered, neat. Chat works worse than any chatbot i have come across. Now after calling the number on the delivery box to get this error fixed, i realize the phoneline costs almost 1€ per minute. Never again.
