Aramex Mobile

It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!

Extremely disappointing experience with Aramex. The delivery process is frustrating and poorly managed. The app does not provide the driver's contact number and instead displays a landline number that never works. Every time you call, it says the number is unavailable, making it impossible to contact anyone. The driver calls only once. If you miss that single call, your shipment is marked as undelivered and sent back to the main office instead of making another delivery attempt.

Very disappointing service. My card delivery has been delayed for over two weeks, even though the tracking shows it has reached Sharjah. I have contacted support multiple times through the website, hotline, and WhatsApp, but received no clear response. I paid for delivery but still have no information about my shipment. Poor customer service and communication. ⭐ 1/5
