I regularly use the 7H bus route with my Singara Chennai Pass. I've encountered a problem when booking a ticket from Island Ground to JJ Nagar East Masudi; the app incorrectly shows the destination as "JJ Nagar East to Anna West Extension Bus Stand." Furthermore, the conductor does not have a ticketing machine and only issues physical tickets, which complicates my ticket procurement through the app. I request prompt attention to resolve this issue. and does'nt permit UPI payment.

I love this app. Works great but pretty laggy in older/low end devices, probably due to front-end framework choice. Constantly asking for GPS location is frustrating and annoying. Bus tracking is not great which is okay because I guess this uses same API of every other apps out there. Shows multiple busses are scheduled with X interval of time but in reality only one shows up and that too sometimes not in the scheduled list. There is no action against drivers who skip stops or do bus bunching.

so far i have not b3nefitted from the App. I had to install as the conductor was yelling at everyone unnecessarily although the bus was not crowded. When I searched route bus. it showed there is no live bus now. which is OK, but I could not find what will ne the next possible timing. Google maps, uber provides option to plan ahead by leave by and arrive by options. Similarly if this app has option to plan the journey for the next day, according to the recent schedule It will be helpful .
