For UNAS not very useful: Can't preview/play (most) videos on phone without downloading the whole file. Photos are low-res without downloading. Can't backup my phone photos (still, 1month later). Not many options on phone: can't view temps or storage used/remaining or change permissions/options. I can 1clickVPN... which has nothing to do with UNAS....

overall, the app works very well, but since a recent update it no longer is usable with three-button navigation. whenever the okay or cancel button comes up, it is displayed under the three button navigation and you click on it

Talk isn't available in the UK even though the site says it is. the connection isn't stable even using 5g full bars. Waste of time and money trying to setup a unifi network. In response to their reply: I just had a look at the usa pro plan, it would make the monthly fees 20x the normal plan for a small team, just for an app that connects to our udm pro. M365 and Teams phones would be a cheaper option at that point.
