Slow, crashes and won't open most of the time. Update: It's gotten even worse than before. Most of the time you have to log in 10 times to get anywhere and most of the time the app doesn't open and when it does it goes back to the beginning and you have to log in again. Update again: It's been six months since my last update and the app won't open at all. You can't log into the bank without a computer.

Used to work great. Now in the pursuit of "convenience", it requires me to turn on obnoxious browser settings that automatically open apps, turn on all kinds of invasive permissions and wants me to scan qr codes instead of just approving a login attempt. This is real drag on so many fronts, and also turned identity verification into a "one-click" thing which is very worrying and uncomfortable if you value privacy and choice.

Hi Ben! What do you mean? Like setting browser as default so app know where to respond is obnoxious? QR code is intended for convenience and extra security making also faster authentication option, but does not make it "one-click" thing as you still have to approve by entering PIN codes. Privacy is even more more secured if you think about it.

terrible experience, not user-friendly at all. I've gotten a new phone and wanted get a smart id on that one as well. It gives you the following options to do that: - scan code from previous device: says doesn't work for some reason due to the account being not suitable - via bank: lhv not listed - scan ID: New phone (s25 ultra) does not read nfc of ID - via another document: Says passport not suitable since third country now what in the world am I supposed to do this situation???
