Great example of entshitification. Install FOSS "Ning" instead. I want the app to do one thing: scan the network to give me the IP of the router or whatever. Maybe run a port check. This used to be no issue, but now, APPARENTLY I only have a limited number of scans to "reduce load" or whatever BS. Absolute nonsense. The CORE USE of this app has been removed for me, and the idea of paying 3€ a month for a TOOL I use maybe once every two months is just completely disconnected from reality.

Used to be fantastic, now it's a mess! This was my go-to app for years on the occasions I needed to diagnose an issue on a wireless network. Now you can only scan once a day before being asked to fork out a monthly subscription, and most of the devices it finds are simply wrong. Who broke it? Such a shame as it used to be extremely reliable, but now even the one scan you can do gives wrong information.

It does not work when connected to my Orbi mesh WiFi - it does not find all devices. The desktop app seems even worse, when on WiFi. It works over ethernet. If the app can't find all known devices (known to the router, and appearing in the desktop app client's arp table), then how would I trust it to discover an intruder? I spent more than a week trying to get it to work, including 16 emails with Fing support. At this point, I can not recommend this app for use over WiFi with an Orbi mesh setup.
