Iām really disappointed with my experience using noise headphones. Within less than a year, I had to pay for repairs twiceāfirst 700 rupees, and now another 1,000ādespite the product being inexpensive. The current issue, a complete failure to power on, had no prior warning. The support was extremely disappointing, and I expected better, especially since a warranty should cover this. I do not recommend.

This is after 1 years of use. After recent firmware update to noise master buds 1, charging case shows false indication of fully charged , bluetooth connectivity issue. I think once noise introduces newer version they spoil the previous versions via a firmware update on purpose. I was planning to purchase Noise Master Buds 2 , but now will never buy any Noise products
