Super glitchy! The remote only worked the first week. Even after buying a new battery, it still didn’t work. The app works when it wants to, and uninstalling doesn’t help. If I could return it, I would. The only way I could get it to work turning it on/off or changing colors through the app was by unplugging the lights from the outlet and plugging back in every single time. Smh.

These just came with my new vanity. they seem to work ok except that I am trying to make my lights just white but when i click on the "white" settings, the lights look blue! I've tried adjusting the colors and setting but they still continue to look blue? I tried sending a message to the people through the app but it keeps saying "Submission Failed". So clearly customer serice is non existent. Hopefully I can just take these back off and buy better ones that actually work properly?

It's a great app until your neighbors get the same damn lights and hijack your connection every single night. There needs to be a way to block others from connecting to my stuff through the app because this auto-off every night when I'm still awake is irritating me.
